The Mold Separator is Frekote 770NC high temperature mold separator
It is a semi-constant, liquid-form mold separator developed for high-temperature composite manufacturing.
It is suitable for use in many standard resin systems and on all kinds of non-absorbent surfaces. During application, it accumulates very little on the mold surface and very bright surfaces can be obtained.
Application of Mold Separator Frekote 770NC High Temperature Mold Separator
It can be applied in high temperature composite manufacturing,
It can be applied to the mold surface in two or three layers with a lint-free cloth or spray gun,
It is necessary to wait for Decanting between the layers for 15 minutes,
Can Be Polished,
It accumulates very little on the mold surface and very shiny surfaces are obtained.
