Polypropylene Honeycomb
Polypropylene honeycomb is the core material used to obtain lightweight but rigid structures. It can be applied to both surfaces of carbon/glass fiber plate, aluminum, HPL, etc. it is used to obtain very light sandwich panels by gluing surface materials. In order for the panel to be made effectively, 30gr/m2 polyester tulle is glued on both sides of the honeycomb
Surface tulle provides great convenience in application because it prevents the resin applied to the surface for bonding from flowing into the cell pores and creates an extra bonding surface.
