Araldite 2021-1 50ml Areas of Use
Composites made of carbon and glass fiber. It is suitable for gluing a wide variety of plastics, many materials. It is a versatile adhesive for industrial application.
Araldite 2021-1 50ml Application Instructions
The strength and durability of an glued joint depends on the proper processing of the surfaces to be glued.
At least the joint surfaces should be cleaned with a good degreaser such as acetone, iso-propanol (plastics to remove all oil, grease and dirt residues) or other proprietary degreasing agents.
Low-grade alcohol, gasoline (gasoline) or thinner should never be used.
The strongest and most durable joints are obtained by mechanical etching or chemical etching ("pickling").
Degreased surfaces. After etching, a second degreasing operation should be performed.
Application of Araldite 2021-1 50ml Adhesive
It can be applied easily and quickly. It is used together with the Araldite 2000 50ml Application Gun.
A spare end with a mixer is installed on the end of the Araldite 2021-150ml cartridge,
Araldite 2000 is applied to the surface by squeezing with a 50ml Application Gun.
There is a mixing tip next to each cartridge.
